Plan your service.
What is included in a maintenance plan?
Each 12-month plan includes one scheduled tune-up for each covered system: a furnace, an air conditioner, or both. We inspect, clean and check operation, and explain any recommended work. Repairs, replacement parts and emergency callouts are quoted separately.
How do monthly payments work?
Spread the same annual maintenance price over 12 monthly payments, with HST added to each payment. We arrange the payment schedule with you when setting up your plan. View the full payment breakdown.
When will my maintenance be scheduled?
We arrange your appointment with you, taking the equipment and season into account. The combined plan covers one furnace tune-up and one AC tune-up during the plan year.
What if I already rent my equipment from you?
Yes. Your Ottawa Comfort rental includes scheduled maintenance and repairs for normal wear, including parts and labour. You don’t need a separate maintenance plan for those included services. Just contact us and we’ll arrange service for your equipment.
Can I use the email form for an emergency?
Call 613.794.5625 for urgent HVAC service. Routine email requests are reviewed during business hours and do not reserve an emergency appointment.
