Website enquiries
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city or postal code, selected service, message and consent to contact you. Ottawa Comfort uses this information to respond to your request and discuss the work or services you are interested in.
Our form delivery provider, Web3Forms, processes the submission and sends it to info@ottawacomfort.ca. You do not need to open or sign in to an email account to submit the form. Web3Forms may retain form submissions for up to three years, depending on the retention setting for our form. Its service providers also process information for delivery and spam prevention. Enquiries received in our company inbox may be kept as part of our correspondence and customer records.
Please do not include payment-card numbers, banking details, credit documents or other sensitive information. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Page navigation and enquiry prefilling run in your browser. This website does not add advertising analytics. Our contact form uses hCaptcha to prevent spam; this service may process technical information and use cookies for verification. Hosting and access services may also process technical information needed to deliver the website.
